Mr. Neil Gould –香港外星政治學院創辦人、國際外星政治學院網絡聯盟、國際外星政治網絡成員、外星政治學專家、香港UFO 議會搞手，精於研究外星人種、UFO政治禁制。這位本地社區領袖、作家、商人出生於南非，九歲與跨時空外星人正面接觸後，與其中一位ET一直保持聯絡，著作《過度活躍類接觸》描寫他一生的外星親密接觸。Author of “Close Encounters of the ADHD Kind”, Neil has “intruder” and “watcher” ET contact since young. Being founder of Exopolitics HK, Exopolitics Institute network associate, Exopolitics World Network member (lobby Congress bringing Exopolitics to presidential elections), Neil’s special interest: ETs typologies /intentions, government management of the ET truth embargo.
